We only use good-quality, hand-washed potatoes for these chips. They are deep-fried in rapeseed oil containing a significant amount of unsaturated fatty acids. In addition to that, as a vegetable oil it does not contain cholesterol. Their unique flavour hinges on a temperature curve, whose development has taken us over 15 years. The chips are packaged in transparent bags, therefore nothing is hidden from the customer.
